In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us.

Cancellation Policy

You can return an order by sending us a refund/cancellation request at support@trovingr.com.

  • We accept returns requests within 3 days after you receive the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • Pack the product as it was if you’re not satisfied if the product is used we will not be able to accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
  • We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
  • There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
  • You cant opt for a return if you’ve previously opted for an exchange.
  • cancellations for size-related issues will not be accepted. For your reference, we have added a size chart on every product page.
  • cancellations will not available if the product is on sale.

Refund Policy

  • In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund according to our cancellation policy.
  • Refund will be initiate to the payment method you use at the time of purchase.
  • You will receive a refund within 1-14 days depending on your payment method.
  • COD charge is not refundable.
