Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TROVINGR, we aim to provide the best products and service. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary. Please review our policy below:

Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • Damage or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 3 days. A clear, unedited package opening video is required to process the exchange.

  • Size Issues: We allow exchanges for size issues within 3 days. Be sure to consult the size chart before ordering, but if an exchange is needed, follow the process outlined below.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If we sent the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days, and we’ll arrange for the correct product to be shipped.

Package Opening Video Requirement

To process any exchange (damage, defect, or size), you must provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened. Failure to provide this video will give TROVINGR the right to deny your exchange request.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • TROVINGR reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the criteria above are not met.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at trovingr@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product with details about the issue and include the package opening video.
  2. Ship the Product Back: If we dont have return pickup service at your location you'll have to ship product back to us at your own cost.
  3. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for exchange.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason. Exchanges will be provided in the cases listed above.
